Executive Summary

After listening to a radio interview with the Honourable Roy J. Romanow, Doreen Barrie, Ph.D. University of Calgary decided to write a Guide on health care. She writes that the single most important issue for Canadians is health care. The Guide sheds light on the political dimensions of this very important public policy because political decisions will decide the fate of health care.
